Pulse Recover

Designing a mobile app for patients recovering from major joint replacement surgery.

Pulse Recover transforms the entire post-hospital care episode for hip and knee replacement patients. The Pulse mobile app guides patients' recovery for hip and knee (or any major joint) replacement with daily check-ins, mobility exercises recovery stories, activities, and care team messaging. The goal being to help patients and providers stay connected virtually and reducing a patient’s risk for having a poor recovery and/or hospital readmission.

My role:

As the senior product designer, I was responsible for optimizing the user experience, producing interaction flows, and designing the UI to enhance the experience for patients.
