Designing Optum Health’s Telehealth web app for United Health Care Members.
With the shift to more telehealth services due to the constraints in place from the pandemic, I was tasked with designing a telehealth platform for Optum's Virtual Care "Telehealth" services.
One of the core challenges that I focused on addressing was finding a way to book an appointment feel lightweight to the user while extracting enough information and context for the doctor so the visit could be safe and productive.
Additionally, patients need a way to book visits for dependents (their children, specifically) and the ability to manage and change appointments.
